  • Two nights in a standard double room in Le Moulin Hotel including breakfast
  • Lunch or dinner for two from our “Dégustation en 7 temps” menu (one aperitif, five courses, four glasses of wine (12cl), one half-bottle of mineral water and a coffee) at Les Jardins du Moulin
  • Lunch or dinner at a traditional “winstub”, Zuem Buerestuebel in Niederbronn-les-Bains (8 km from the hotel) including a kir white wine cocktail, a three-course menu (starter, main and dessert – chosen by the chef), two glasses of wine, one half-bottle of mineral water and a coffee.

Le Jardin du Moulin restaurant is closed all day every Wednesday, Thursday and Sundays .
Zuem Buerestuebel restaurant is closed all day every Monday and Tuesday and every Wednesday evening.

For all our deals shown above, the standard double room can be swapped out for one night in a junior suite, for an additional charge of €30 to €220 depending on the chosen suite. Please contact us for more information. Single room occupancy incurs a supplement of €50.
